At True Path Assurance LLC, we aim to deliver professional and reliable dispatching support to carriers and owner–operators. We value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested for our dispatching services.
This policy applies to all dispatching packages, monthly subscriptions, and service agreements provided by True Path Assurance LLC.
30-Day Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your first payment only under the following conditions:
Refunds will be approved if:
- You did not receive any dispatching service (no loads were booked).
- You submitted a complaint in writing and the issue remained unresolved for at least 7 business days.
- You provided all required onboarding documents on time but services were still not started.
- Technical or operational issues from our side made it impossible to perform dispatching.
Refunds will NOT be approved if:
- Loads were already booked, negotiated, or offered, even if not accepted by you.
- You failed to provide required documents for onboarding or carrier setup (W9, COI, MC Authority, etc.).
- You refused loads because of rate preference, lane choices, destination choices, or schedule conflicts.
- You cancelled or terminated the agreement without a valid service failure from our side.
- Your carrier equipment became unavailable due to breakdowns, safety issues, permit issues, or personal decisions.
- You delayed communication, did not respond to brokers/dispatchers, or missed opportunities due to unavailability.
- You used our dispatching contacts, load opportunities, or negotiations while attempting to bypass our service.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official support email:

Your request must include:
- Business/Carrier Name
- MC/DOT Number
- Full Name and Contact Number
- Reason for Refund
- Proof of service issue (if any)
Refund Review & Processing
- Refund review may take 7–10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued back through the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–15 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks & Penalties
If you dispute or initiate a chargeback without following the refund process above:
- Your account may be suspended permanently.
- You may be responsible for chargeback fees and legal recovery costs.
- True Path Assurance LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery for unpaid balances or services rendered.
Policy Updates
True Path Assurance LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or sent to registered clients.
